Every month, Wider Plan’s payroll team enter all of our employees into a charity payday prize draw, providing an extra little boost for the lucky winner on payday. The winner of the draw is able to choose a charity of their choice for Wider Plan to donate £250 to on their behalf.
So far this year, we’re pleased to have donated £1,250 to charities of our employees’ choice, with beneficiaries including CLIC Sargent, Children’s Chronic Arthritis Association, POD Children’s Charity, Ben’s First Steps and Birmingham’s Children’s Hospital.
I was really happy to win the prize draw and be able to show my support of the great work that Birmingham Children’s Hospital does every single day. This is a charity really close to my heart, and winning the prize draw has meant that I’ve been able to donate £250 that I wouldn’t have been able to otherwise.
